Keep moving – even in the heat! Summer Classes at Viney Hall

Keep moving – even in the heat! Summer Classes at Viney Hall

Even in this scorching heat, some of us feel the need to continue our Pilates practice over the summer ….and how much better do we feel if we move our bodies?!

We have prepared a programme of classes for you.  There are new things to try and also an opportunity for anyone who is thinking of taking up Pilates in some form to come and have a taster session. No courses, just individual sessions so you can book into whatever you like whenever you are available.

If there is not what you want on the timetable, then do get in touch and we are always happy to try to accommodate your wishes.

Have a browse and see what you fancy dropping into.  There are some Zoom classes to attend from home, mat classes in the studio and reformer classes.

We are offering some specialist classes too.  Women’s Health is always popular, and if you are a runner or a cyclist, have shoulder issues, or are interested in improving your gait, there are sessions for you as well.  If you are not a cyclist, runner or have shoulder problems but just want to attend a Pilates class, then that’s fine too – it’s just Pilates, but geared toward the particular subject.

Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) sessions are new at Viney Hall since Easter, and proving immensely popular, with clients really taking on board how they can help themselves to release tight tissues.  These sessions are scheduled for 2 hours to allow exploration to a deeper level. You can read more about SMFR here: https://www.vineyhallphysio.co.uk/news/self-myofascial-release-smfr
