Other Specialist Courses

We run a variety of other specialist Pilates Courses.  Some of them are regular courses, and some occasional.

We have provided courses for horse riders, runners, people living with Multiple Sclerosis, HIIT Pilates, ante and post-natal, using gym balls etc in the past.  Please ask us if you are interested in a particular speciality. Our classes for Parkinson’s are not Pilates Classes.
