Suddenly it’s Christmas again, and uncertainty about what we may and may not do!
I have seen rather a lot of shoulder-shrugging recently – “Whatever!” Maybe the stress of Christmas has been reduced since we know there will be things we can’t change and just have to deal with?
We are open until, and including Christmas eve for physiotherapy appointments – Covid screening and masks as usual. There will also be appointments available between Christmas and New Year.
There will be no acupuncture, massage or Pilates appointments available between 24th December and 4th January but vouchers are available to give as Christmas Gifts – just give us a ring to secure these.
Pilates courses finish at the end of this week and will restart on 10th January. The timetable will be mainly the same as before Christmas, but we hope to be able to open for more studio classes subject to government guidance. We are also planning some exciting new large equipment classes for 2022, but again, waiting to launch these.
