Suddenly it’s Christmas again, how did that happen?
We are open until Friday 23rd December at 12pm. There will also be appointments available between Christmas and New Year. (Thursday 29th December).
Reception will be open on Wednesday 28th, Thursday 29th & Friday 30th December for shorter hours 10am – 2pm. We will return to normal hours on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
There will be no massage or Pilates appointments available between 24th December and 2nd January but vouchers are available to give as Christmas Gifts – just give us a ring to secure these.
Pilates courses have now finished and will restart on 9th January. The timetable will be mainly the same as before Christmas, but we have added a couple of new classes this year, Big Equipment, Hiit and Cardio.
