The clinic is open 9am – 8pm Monday to Thursday, and until 7pm on Friday.
(These times are a guideline and subject to variation)
Physiotherapy clinics
Held during the day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Evening Physiotherapy
Clinics are held on Mondays and Wednesdays 5-8pm
Pilates classes are held on Monday and Tuesday mornings and every evening – see Pilates timetable for full details
Podiatry/Chiropody clinic is on Wednesdays all day, and occasionally a Thursday morning.
Acupuncture clinic Thursday mornings
Massage and Reflexology alternate Tuesdays.
Payments may be made by credit or debit card, cheque or cash. We are recognised by all major Health Insurance Companies, many of whom we invoice directly and settle the full cost of treatment. Please check with your insurance company before commencing treatment. Companies include BUPA, AXA PPP, Cigna, Norwich Union Healthcare, Standard Life Healthcare and others.
